








Christopher Wilmot-Sitwell and Henrietta Loyd came to us in 1999 asking us to look at rebranding their specialist luxury travel company. Cazenove+Loyd are experts in their field creating bespoke itineraries for their clients who are more often than not high net worth individuals. It seemed logical to position them as “destination experts” and help them deliver their proposition better by designing them a bespoke itinerary building tool. This was a herculean task which we brought a team of developers in to build. Our advice led to a fundamental change in the way they ran their business and allowed them to drastically improve the speed and quality of their itineraries.
